There is a large amount of research that suggests what we eat affects not only our physical health but also our mental health and wellbeing. Eating a well balanced diet may be associated with feelings of wellbeing. If your body feels good, you will too. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and whole foods, and avoid processed food. Find ways to be active every day, whether that’s walking, gardening, vacuuming or even dancing. Maybe join a gym or take a yoga class. Eating well gives you more energy, helps you sleep better, improves your concentration and, you guessed it, keep a healthy headspace.
